Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You may return an item within 3 days of receiving it if:

    • The product is damaged or defective

    • You received the wrong item

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days via your original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at admin@toshdetergents.co.za.

Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly selected items once used.
